Yvonne surprised me with a trip to San Francisco for my birthday, which was yesterday on St. Patty’s Day. I’ve never seen so many St. Patty’s Day party go-ers in my life! Back home in Calgary, there are a handful but here, the streets are filled with drunk people dressed in green yelling at the people passing by on street cars. There was even a parade through downtown to mark the occasion. I tried getting some pictures but there was simply too many people everywhere.

Theres free wi-fi all over town, but I wont be doing any blog posts while travelling around as I don’t feel like lugging my laptop around. I’m just going to try to hit up the usual tourist hotspots, snap some pictures, and just relax for the next few days. I will be back in town on March 21st but I’ll see if I have some time to post up something before then.
