I’ve been planning to purchase Aaron’s e-book for quite some time now but I have been putting it off because I knew I had no time to read it anyway but yesterday I finally went and purchased the SEO Book.

It is quite a bit of reading at 331 pages and I do intend to read it from cover to cover as time permits. In addition to the SEO Book, you also receive many bonuses for purchasing the book including a list of tools Aaron uses for SEO, interviews with some of the biggest names in Search Marketing, and various other PDFs for you to read.

Initial Impressions
I have not finished reading the book yet, but when I do I will post up a follow-up and full review of the book, but here are my initial impressions of the SEO Book. The book cost just $79 and SEOBook.com takes paypal which makes it even easier to order. After paypal processed the payment, I was redirected to the downloads page. This is the page where all the bonus stuff is presented! Not only do you get the book, but you also get tons of bonus reading material and programs to use in conjunction with the book. I will read the bonus stuff later so all I have downloaded thus far is the book itself. The copy that I have was last updated on January 12th, 2007. I’d say thats pretty good even for the Search Marketing industry.

Free Lifetime Updates
Aaron’s SEO Book comes wiht free lifetime updates so when there are any changes in the Search Marketing industry, his book is updated with the latest information. According to the introductory chapters, the SEO Book started out as a 24 page document and has now been expanded to over 330 pages of pure brainy goodness.

If you have a new blog, or website. This would probably be your best first purchase before spending money buying links, joining paid directories, or even paying someone to review your site. The $79 you spend on Aaron’s book is nothing compared to what you will learn. Anyways, back to reading and I will post an update on the blog when I finish the book.
