OK, so maybe its a pretty non-competitive term, but now at least I can use the slogan “ranked #1 on Google” when I market my blog without feeling guilty of lying. Well, I guess it is a bit misleading since it is not returning my site as the #1 result, but instead it is a video of 13 year old Kevin Roy.
Either way, this is good. I will continue with my plan to continue writing articles to build up the traffic. I do not have any revenue goals for the site yet just going to stay busy building content for the first few months. I’ve noticed traffic is now trickling in via Google and Netscape, mostly for the
Kevin Roy video. I’m also seeing some traffic from
John’s blog probably from my comment posts.
Slow but steady, I guess when your blog is as small as Hate The Grind, it can only grow! :)
