No, I don’t mean make money by making skins for programs. I’m talking skin, human skin, the largest human organ, the membrane holding our bodies together. Some of us like to tan to darken our skin, some like to protect it from the sun to keep it pale as can be (yuck!) but our dear Joe Tamargo decided to make some money with his skin. He sells advertising space on his skin for a fee. Your ad is permanently tattooed onto his skin wherever there is free space, and no he is not using temporary tattoos!

His clients include Shoemoney, DigitalPoint, GrownUpGeek.com, and even SaveMarthaStewart.com (remember that, kids?).

The stuff people are doing these days to make money is amazing. While this isn’t something that makes me ask “Why didn’t I think of this!?” I still think its a great business move. It sure beats working a 9-5 job, and it sure as hell beats flipping burgers :)

Head on over to gizmodo for an interview with Joe Tamargo.
