Integrate AuctionAds Into Your Posts With Plugin
making money, wordpress May 17th, 2007This is all made possible with the release of an AuctionAds plugin with a nice simple name, Easy AuctionAds. The whole point of this plugin is to allow you as a blogger to easily insert an AuctionAd banner into your posts. All you would need to do is to insert the following example code to bring up ads about your shiny new dyson vacuum cleaner:
[ aads]dyson vacuums [ /aads]
[aads]dyson vacuums[/aads]
This plugin requires WordPress 2.1 or higher, and of course an AuctionAds account. While this was always possible before, this WordPress plugin just made it that much easier! Give it a try.

I was running auction ads recently, the ctr is great but the return just wasn’t there, probably because of the type of site I have but, I just wanted to give it a shot.

How long did you have it running for? For the first two weeks I made next to nothing, now its turned into a great money maker for me.

Excellent post. I just got setup with AuctionAds yesterday and was working through writing my own plugin to do pretty much the same thing. Glad I found this before I “reinvented the wheel.”

Unfortunately, on my other site which isn’t a blog, I had to code my own dynamic AuctionAds :)
