Million Dollar Coin

I can think of a ton of stuff to buy if I had a million dollars, but I would never think to pick up a Million dollar coin from the Canadian Mint! Actually, even if I had a million dollars and wanted to buy this coin, I wouldn’t be able too since the coin is worth closer to $2.4 Million (based on today’s Gold price anyway).

The coin was produced as a promotional tool for the new one-ounce gold coins it is currently producing. Unlike other coins, this “coin” is made by hand and takes two months to complete. The security must be crazy for the transport of this mega coin. If you want to be able to afford one of these bad boys, you could start making money on the internet! (Hey I had to make this post on-topic) ;)
