I have always been a “bookmarker” when it comes to visiting all my favorite sites/blogs. It was quite easy to just click down the list of favorites to catch up on whats new on my favorite websites and blogs (I should really update that list).

Lately, I have been looking for ways to help improve my productivity to get myself organized. One of the ways I have decided to try is to cut down on the amount of time I spend visiting websites and blogs. To do this, I am now adding all of my favorite blogs into my Google Reader. I am sure I will still visit many of my regular websites from time to time by habit but I think over time I will only visit to leave comments.

As I am quite new to the world of RSS readers, I can’t really say how good Google Reader is. I can say that my first experience with it was rather positive. Everything was very intuitive and just worked. I love it when products just work!

If you find you’re wasting a lot of time mindlessly “surfing” the web checking to see what sites have been updated, try using a feed reader like Google Reader. If you do, remember to add my feed into your Google Reader.
