Here’s a cool little filter you can use on Google Image Search to help refine your results. I don’t see this option anywhere in the advanced search option so Google must still be testing it before it goes live (if it ever does). If you are searching for a picture of a person on Google Images and want to filter your results to only include face shots, simply add the following to the end of your url:
&imgtype=face
If you want an example of the search results try the following links where I searched for “Hayden Panettiere”, one with the face filter and one without (don’t ask!)

If you want a more dramatic difference, try searching for a more general term like “Google” with and without the face filter:

I love how Google is always throwing in hidden features to their products, like the super-zoom on Google Maps trick.
