Google today reported on their Q2 earnings, and its Traffic Acquisition Costs were nearly $1.15 Billion. The portion that was paid out to AdSense publishers was $1.06 Billion. What I would like to know is how skewed the payout is to AdSense publishers. I am quite sure the majority of AdSense publishers make less than $100 per month, so I bet the other end of the spectrum are those pulling crazy revenue from AdSense.

Revenue for Q2 was $3.87 Billion, a year on year increase of 58% and an increase of 6% over Q1. The Google freight train just seems unstoppable!

Head on over to Search Engine Land if you want some pretty graphs :)
